Our environment has a major impact on how we develop but most of our preconceptions lie in how we view and think about the past, present and future. It is the choices we make and the processes leading to those choices that determine how resilient we are. We become hardwired in making the same decision over and over again. With me as your coach we will cut those wires and create new ones that enable you to become stronger and more resilient to whatever life throws at you.

Through our sessions, you will find peace in understanding why and how you are the way you are. Firstly, remember, there is nothing wrong with you, we are simply finding meaningful ways to navigate life

I will enable you to look at yourself through a positive lens, resulting in greater self-confidence and self-esteem, and reduce feelings of anxiety while increasing feelings of happiness, wellbeing and purpose.

 

How we achieve great things:

The Free Discovery Call: We all need to feel like we can trust someone and that they can enable us to grow. The free discovery call is about you finding out if I am the right coach for you. If not, then that is ok, it is your journey and you need to feel safe. 

Let us meet in person, over Zoom or Skype. It is about what works best for you. Remember, this is about you and your journey to greatness, understanding and healing.

The Single Session: You can take sessions as you need them. Each session will last 50 minutes. As the sessions progress you will feel more secure within yourself and leave feeling rejuvenated, ready to take on the day. 

The 4 Session Plan: One-to-one sessions will explore what it is you wish to achieve, work on where you are right now and create a plan on getting you where you want to be. New insights and meaning will be given on how to shift your way of thinking. You will learn how to cope, how to flourish and how to heal. 

The Long-term Plan: After 4 session you can decide if you wish to continue to maintain an even greater sense of purpose with me as your coach. You will feel over time that you can achieve anything with very few limitations.   

**BONUS**: All plans above are not just set one session at a time. I am going to stay with you throughout your journey. You can do check-ins via WhatsApp or messaging if you choosing. If you need a quick call, then we will do that. 

Group Workshops: I offer workshops that motivate and drive people whether they are students, employees or leaders from all sectors. Staff will learn how to reframe how they approach work related stress and anxiety. Managers and supervisors will grow in understanding of how to approach employees and deal with an array of different scenarios. Key to performance is a heightened sense of happiness and wellbeing within the workplace.
